Helena C.

Helena C. currently serves as the Executive Director of Talent, Learning, & Organizational Development at the University of Southern California, leading a team of 25 professionals to enhance employee and student engagement, development, and retention since February 2015. Prior roles at USC include Associate Director of Talent & Organizational Development and Talent and Organizational Development Program Manager, with responsibilities expanding university-wide from October 2019. Helena C. has also held senior positions in human resources at the American Association for Corporate Gender Strategists and served on the board of FoodRight, Inc. and Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services. Helena C. holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, an MPA from California State University, Northridge, and a B.S. in Legal Studies from John Jay College (CUNY).
