Joshua Millstein

Joshua Millstein is an Associate Professor of Research at the University of Southern California, focusing on the development and application of statistical methods for genomic data analysis related to complex diseases such as cancer and asthma. With prior experience as a Sr. Statistical Geneticist at Sage Bionetworks and Rosetta Inpharmatics, Joshua employed integrative genomics to explore complex diseases, including obesity and sleep disorders. Earlier professional roles also included serving as a Mathematical Statistician at NOAA, where Joshua led a significant fisheries research study. Joshua holds a PhD in Biostatistics and an MS in Biometry from the University of Southern California, alongside a BS in Biology from the University of Alaska Southeast.
