Kathleen Murphy

Kathleen Murphy is an accomplished instructional design professional with extensive experience in learning experience design and eLearning development. As the owner of KMJ Training LLC since January 2000, Kathleen has created tailored training solutions encompassing various formats such as ILT and eLearning. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Experience Designer at the University of Southern California, Kathleen plays a key role in shaping development programs and delivering engaging learning experiences using advanced authoring tools. Previous roles include Senior Instructional Designer at Ginkgo Bioworks and QuidelOrtho, where Kathleen developed effective blended and onboarding training, respectively. Kathleen's academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Biomedical Science from Northeastern University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Biology and Psychology from the University of Texas.
