Ken Shibata

Ken Shibata has extensive experience in information security and digital forensics, currently serving in multiple roles at the University of Southern California since February 2006, including Vulnerability Assessment Analyst and Incident Response Lead Analyst within the Office of the CISO. Responsibilities include managing the information security incident response team, overseeing the digital forensics lab, and performing penetration testing. Prior to this, Ken held various positions related to information security and technical operations within Los Angeles County Fire Department and as a self-employed IT consultant. Academic qualifications include specializations in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics from the University of Southern California, as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture from the University of Denver.
