Melinda Thomas, PhD, has extensive experience in higher education and faculty development. Currently serving as the Director of Faculty Support & Development and Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Southern California since February 2017, Melinda Thomas previously held the role of Senior Instructional Designer & Project Manager at Springboard Content and Publishing, LLC from February 2011 to July 2017. Melinda Thomas also contributed as an Instructor and Research Associate at Arizona State University between 2010 and 2014. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Arizona State University, an M.A. in English from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, and a B.S. in Education from The University of Georgia.
