Muna Deriane

Muna Deriane is a seasoned professional in development with extensive experience in philanthropic strategies and major gifts. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Development at the University of Southern California since October 2021, Muna previously held the position of Director of Development at RAND Corporation from July 2015 to August 2021. Earlier roles include Associate Director of Development for Foundation Relations and Major Gifts at the Keck School of Medicine at USC from 2010 to 2015, and Development Consultant/Project Manager at Imaginings, Inc. from 2008 to 2010. Muna holds a Doctor of Policy, Planning & Development with a focus on Public Policy and Philanthropic Studies from the University of Southern California, as well as an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.
