Rachael Lee

Rachael Lee is an experienced professional in higher education administration with a focus on talent management and staff development. Currently serving as the Founding Program Administrator for Student Affairs Staff Professional Development and Recognition at the University of Southern California, Rachael Lee designs and facilitates strategic initiatives for approximately 200 full-time employees. Previously, Rachael Lee held the position of Founding Assistant Vice President of Talent Management for Human Resources at Chapman University, where important responsibilities included developing and leading talent management strategies. Earlier roles at the University of California, Merced, involved managing the talent development team and founding the Graduate Student Services department. Rachael Lee has also been actively involved in staff governance through the UC Merced Staff Assembly and the Council of UC Staff Assemblies.
