Rubin Miller

Rubin Miller, CFA, is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in investment management and advisory roles. As the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Peltoma Capital Partners, Rubin leads investment strategies and decision-making. Additionally, Rubin serves as the Chief Investment Officer and Senior Financial Advisor at Perspective Wealth Partners and contributes to the University of Southern California as a CIS Advisory Board Member. Rubin's career includes a position as Regional Director at Dimensional Fund Advisors and an internship at Wilshire Associates' Wilshire Funds Management. An alumnus of Kenyon College, Rubin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the USC Marshall School of Business, completed in 2015.
