Constance Hermann

Constance Hermann is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Human Resources at the University of Southern Indiana since September 2025. Prior to this role, Constance held various positions at Mead Johnson Nutrition from April 2015 to September 2025, including HR Business Partner for Manufacturing and Quality, where leadership involved supporting a team of HR individuals and improving employee relations, productivity, and retention for 400 onsite employees. Additional experience includes HR roles at HR Solutions, Deaconess Hospital, and JCPenney, where responsibilities ranged from conducting interviews and managing staffing solutions to executing employee onboarding processes. Constance holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Human Resources from the University of Southern Indiana, earned in May 2012.
