Lynn Melms

Lynn Melms, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Business Partner at the University of Southern Indiana since 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Business Partner at Flanders and as the Director of Human Resources for the College of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Colorado. Lynn has also contributed to academia as an Online Adjunct Instructor at Davenport University, teaching Human Resources Management courses. Additionally, Lynn held previous positions including Education & Training Manager at Community College of Denver and Human Resources Specialist at Steelcase. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University and a Master of Management in Organizational Development from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids.
