Linda Galligan is currently the Head of School for Mathematics, Physics & Computing at the University of Southern Queensland. Linda has held this position since January of 2008. Prior to that, they worked as a lecturer for the Learning & Teaching Support Unit USQ from January 1994 to December 2007. Her responsibilities there included mathematics support and internationalisation of the curriculum. From January 1993 to December 2012, they also worked as a researcher for Adults Learning Maths (ALM). Her responsibilities there included mathematics support and internationalisation of the curriculum.
Linda Galligan has a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics Education from The University of Queensland as well as a PhD in Mathematics Education from QUT (Queensland University of Technology). Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Theirtory from The University of Queensland.
