Nerida Currey is a pre-service teacher specializing in secondary English and Drama at the University of Southern Queensland, where Nerida is also pursuing a Master of Teaching and Learning. With a Bachelor of Communication and 14 years of diverse experience across journalism, marketing, digital marketing, performing arts, and content creation, Nerida combines extensive industry knowledge with a passion for education. As a performing solo musician through Nerida Louise Music, a voiceover specialist with Voice On Call, and a digital marketing expert with Excite Media, Nerida has developed a unique blend of skills applicable to teaching. Previous roles include founder of Marketing On Call and positions at KnightRiley Strategic Marketing, Chilli Group, and Springfree Trampoline, showcasing a strong background in digital and traditional marketing strategies.
