Susan Waugh is the current Executive Director of Human Resources at University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Susan has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, including their previous positions as Executive Director of Human Resources at Laureate International Universities and Director of Recruitment and Managed Staffing at Talascend. Susan has a proven track record in developing and implementing creative solutions to complex human resources challenges. Susan is a strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and develop long-term plans to achieve organizational goals. Susan is a strong advocate for employee development and is passionate about creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
