Susie Pontiff-Stringer

Susie Pontiff-Stringer, Ed.D. SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of University Training and Development and interim Benefits Manager at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences since October 2021, where responsibilities include fostering an inclusive culture and enhancing employee wellbeing through strategic learning initiatives. Additionally, since January 2009, Susie has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus and has collaborated as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at The George Washington University since January 2007. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources & Organizational Development at First Commerce Credit Union, Vice President of Human Resources and Training at Credit Union of Georgia, Senior Director of Culture and Human Resources at Florida Coastal School of Law, and Director at Florida State College at Jacksonville. Susie's educational background includes an Ed.D. in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University, an MBA from Shenandoah University, and a BBA from Averett University.
