Shannon Brown

Shannon Brown is the current Dean of the College of Business & Health Administration at the University of St Francis. Shannon has been with the University since 2018, first as an Associate Professor and Department Chair, before being promoted to Interim Dean in 2021. Prior to their work at the University, Shannon held various positions in the legal field, including Vice President of Client Services at Exemplify and Practice Head of North American Legal at Tata Consultancy Services.

Shannon Brown completed their high school education at Saguaro High School. Shannon then completed their MBA in Human Resources Management from Dominican University. Finally, they completed their Ph.D. in Values Driven Leadership from Benedictine University.

They are on a team with Terrance L. Cottrell - VP, Information Technology & Planning, Steven S. Wettergren - Director, Accreditation & Esports Director, and Yeijin Yeom - Dean, Leach College of Nursing. Shannon Brown reports to Arvid C. Johnson, President.
