Andreas Binder

Andreas Binder is a distinguished legal professional and academic with extensive experience in corporate governance and law. As a partner at Binder Rechtsanwälte KLG since 1984, Andreas has established a prominent legal practice. In addition, Andreas serves as a member of the Board of Directors at UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) AG and has held various significant positions in academic and corporate governance, including Director of the Corporate Governance Competence Centre and University Lecturer at the University of St.Gallen since 1989. Andreas has also contributed to the field through roles such as Member of the European Council of Corporate Governance at The Conference Board and Chair of the Board of Directors at SwissMediaForum AG.
