Ingrid Bauer-Hänsel

Ingrid Bauer-Hänsel serves as an Assistant Professor for IT Management (Tenure Track) at the University of St.Gallen since February 2024. Prior to this role, Ingrid held various positions at AMAG Group, including Senior Technology Manager for charge:ON, where responsibility included the technical design of a charging and billing solution, along with driving the cardossier innovation project and leading an Agile transformation of the IT organization. Ingrid's professional journey also includes experience as a Doctoral Researcher at Cardossier, with a research focus on blockchain business models, and a Consultant at PwC Deutschland, where work involved strategic analysis and advisory in digital transformation for financial services. Ingrid's early career included roles at Danske Bank, PwC Deutschland, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, and IBM, supplemented by a strong educational background with a PhD in Blockchain Information Systems from the University of Zurich and multiple degrees in business administration and information systems.
