Markus Graf serves as the VP and Global Head of Talent at Novartis since July 2020, focusing on innovative practices that enhance medicine and improve lives. Markus Graf also lectures on Talent Management and Change Leadership at the University of St. Gallen. Previously, Markus Graf held significant roles at PepsiCo as the Head of Talent Management and Organizational Development for Europe & Africa, and at Merck Group as Global Head of HR for the Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer and Country HR Lead for Germany. Additionally, Markus Graf spearheaded global talent acquisition efforts at Boehringer Ingelheim, managing large-scale recruitment and employer branding initiatives. Markus Graf's educational background includes an Executive Education program at The Wharton School and an Executive Master from INSEAD, among other notable degrees in business and management.
