Henriette Thune

Henriette Thune has extensive experience in research and academia, currently serving as a Researcher and Senior Advisor in Research and Research Training at the University of Stavanger since August 2003. Thune has held various positions, including Dean of Research and Senior Research Advisor, after completing a PhD in literacy studies. Prior to this, Thune worked at UiT The Arctic University of Norway in roles such as Adviser of Research Training and Higher Executive Officer. Thune's academic background includes a PhD in Aesthetics, Comparative Literature, Gender Studies, Intermediality, and Adaptations from the University of Stavanger, along with a Cand. philol. in Comparative Literature from UiT The Arctic University of Norway. Additional educational experiences include studies at Université de Caen Normandie and the University of Agder, complemented by an International Baccalaureate from St. Olav High School in Stavanger.
