Derek McLean

Derek McLean has extensive experience in procurement and governance, currently serving as the Head of Procurement Governance and Reporting at the University of Strathclyde since April 2022. Prior roles include Business Partner at West Dunbartonshire Council from November 2015 to April 2022 and Director and Chairman of the board at Carers Link East Dunbartonshire from November 2014 to November 2020, where responsibilities involved overseeing corporate governance and strategic direction.
