Philip Hannay

Philip Hannay serves as the Managing Director of Cloch Solicitors, a distinguished Scottish corporate law boutique, since its inception in January 2012. With significant expertise in intellectual property and entrepreneurial matters, Philip successfully navigated the establishment of the firm through economic challenges, achieving notable recognition in the legal sector. In addition to managing Cloch Solicitors, Philip holds roles as a Senior Law Tutor at the University of Strathclyde and a Law Tutor at the University of Glasgow, specializing in company law and corporate finance.
