Sarah McGovern

Sarah McGovern is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in planning and performance management within academic and corporate settings. Currently serving as Faculty Officer (Planning and Performance) at the University of Strathclyde since June 2018, Sarah has held various roles in planning, including Planning Manager and Assistant Faculty Officer. Prior to this, Sarah spent nearly a decade at Shell, where responsibilities included business analysis for the retail sector and managing accounts payable functions. Over the years at Shell, Sarah led teams in Accounts Payable and Disbursement Audit while contributing as a subject matter expert during the implementation of financial systems. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Glasgow Caledonian University.
