Stephen Ingledew

Stephen Ingledew is currently a Court Member at the University of Strathclyde. Prior to this, they were with the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) from September 2020 to August 2021 as a member of the Innovation Expert Group. The group provides advice on how to drive up the UK’s productivity through innovation, specifically contributing to the development of the UK Govt Innovation Strategy which was published in July 2021.

Before BEIS, Stephen was the Executive Chair at FinTech Scotland from January 2019 to September 2020. Stephen was also a Non Executive Director at Marketing Edinburgh Ltd from June 2017 to November 2019.

Stephen has a long history with the University of Strathclyde, having been a Non Executive Director there from May 2013 to December 2018.
