Elisavetha Sergeev

Elisavetha Sergeev is a doctoral student at the University of Surrey, specializing in Robotics and Autonomous Systems with a focus on space debris removal from geostationary Earth orbit, supported by the Breaking Barriers Studentship. Additional roles include serving as a Laboratory Demonstrator, where practical labs in FEA and Stress Analysis are taught, and co-authoring a research paper on ecological robotics. Previous experiences encompass positions such as Bank Medical Secretary and Campus Manager, along with a summer research internship at Surrey Space Centre where skills in Python programming were developed. Elisavetha also completed a placement as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Stanhope-Seta and earlier internships in architecture and IT.
