Michelle Stokes Sfhea Fcipd Msc

Michelle Stokes SFHEA FCIPD MSc is currently the MSc HRM Programme Lead and Senior Lecturer in the People and Organisations Department at Surrey Business School, University of Surrey, since October 2019. In addition to this role, Michelle has been delivering HR and Learning & Development solutions as a consultant and executive career coach since September 2017, focusing on helping individuals achieve their career aspirations. Previously, Michelle served as the Volunteer Lead Student Engagement Advisor for the CIPD North Hants & Surrey Branch in 2019-2020, and as a Human Resource Management Lecturer at the University of Portsmouth from September 2016 to June 2018. Earlier experience includes working as a Further Education Tutor at Havant & South Downs College from September 2002 to June 2016, leading various HR and business-related courses. Michelle holds an MSc in Strategic Human Resource Management and a Certificate in Education from the University of Portsmouth.
