Angela O'Neill

Angela O'Neill is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in change and transformation communications. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Change and Transformation Communications at the University of Sussex since January 2022, Angela has also held the role of Head of Change Communications. Over the years, Angela has owned and published Uckfield Matters magazine at Panda Publications Ltd, and has been the Director at Pixel Communications Ltd, providing impactful communication strategies for various clients. Prior to these roles, Angela worked for the Government Legal Department as a Senior Communications Consultant, and held positions at notable organizations such as Publicis / MSL Group, Rio Tinto, London 2012, BUPA, Virgin Atlantic Airways, and Egg, focusing on internal communications, engagement, and crisis management throughout diverse projects and initiatives.
