Mauricio Rivera

Mauricio Rivera is a seasoned professional in research and evaluation, currently serving as the Research and Evaluation Manager at the University of Sussex since December 2023, where responsibilities include designing and delivering quantitative research to assess the impact of Access and Participation Plan interventions. Previously, Mauricio worked at the University of Brighton as a Senior Evaluation Officer, focusing on the university-wide evaluation strategy to enhance student experiences, alongside roles as a Data Analyst and Consultant in Psychological and Educational Testing at MIDE UC. Early career experience includes research assistant positions at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Universidad de Chile, as well as teaching assistant roles in various universities. Mauricio holds an MSc in Social Research Methods from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad de Chile, complemented by a diploma in Quantitative Methods for Social Research.
