Mercedes Vetráb

Mercedes Vetráb is a highly experienced professional currently serving as a Research Fellow at the University of Szeged since September 2023. Previously, Mercedes worked as a Mobile Developer at Sonrisa International Inc. from July 2017 to October 2024. Mercedes also contributed to student life at SZTE by being a member of the Szakos Érdekvédelmi Képviselet (SzÉK) and the TTIK Student Government, where coordination of volunteers and event organization were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes a role as a hostess at Barátság Kulturális Központ from March 2013 to January 2015. Mercedes holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Artificial Intelligence, a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Software Engineering, all obtained from the University of Szeged, along with a matura examination in Informatics from Széchenyi István Szakközépiskola és Gimnázium.
