Allie House

Allie House is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Partnering at the University of Tasmania since June 2020, Allie has also held roles such as Acting Executive Director of People Strategy, Change & Engagement and Associate Director of Future Students. Prior to this, Allie was an Elected Councillor at Waratah-Wynyard Council and worked as a Consultant in Human Resources at the Tasmanian Health Service, providing high-level advice on employee and industrial relations issues. Allie's earlier positions include Service Coordinator at the Department of Health and Human Services, Acting Executive Manager of Development Services at Waratah-Wynyard Council, and Operations Manager at ANZ. Allie holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Human Resource Management and Psychology from the University of Tasmania.
