Dianne Hill

Dianne Hill is a Council Member at University of Technology Sydney. Dianne was previously with the NSW Department of Finance, Services and Innovation from January 2016 to November 2019. During their time there, they served as an Independent Member of Audit and Risk Committee. Prior to that, they were with Property NSW from January 2016 to November 2019, where they served as Chair & Independent Member of Audit and Risk Committee. From July 2015 to June 2021, they were with The Sydney Children's Hospitals Network, where they served as an Independent Member of Audit and Risk Committee. And from March 2014 to June 2020, they were with Land and Housing Corporation, where they also served as an Independent Member of Audit and Risk Committee.

Dianne Hill has a B.A. in Accounting from the University of South Australia, and is a current member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ), and the Institute of Internal Auditors Australia. Dianne is also an honorary fellow of the University of Technology Sydney, and a trustee member of CEDA and the Australian Institute for Project Management. Dianne holds a financial planning and securities dealing licence from IPAC Securities.
