Dr. Marc Bohmann

Dr. Marc Bohmann is an accomplished professional in finance and investment banking with extensive experience in advisory and academic roles. Currently serving as Director and Vice President at Allunga Advisory and an Advisor at Red Beard Capital, Dr. Bohmann also holds a position as a PostDoctoral Lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney, where research focuses on Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, and Derivatives Markets. Previous roles include Private Equity Consultant at Nightingale Partners, Capital Markets Microstructure Teamlead at Capital Markets CRC Limited, and M&A Analyst at Livingstone. Dr. Bohmann earned a Doctor of Philosophy in finance from the University of Technology Sydney and a Master of Science in Business & Management from the University of Plymouth.
