Frederik Theron

Frederik Theron has extensive experience in internal auditing, currently serving as the Director of Internal Audit at UTS: University of Technology Sydney since April 2005. Prior to this role, Frederik held positions including Audit Manager at UNSW Australia, Senior Audit Manager at TransGrid, and Senior Analyst at UNSW Australia. Earlier career milestones include serving as the Director of Internal Audit at Deloitte South Africa, where Frederik was seconded to South Africa's largest super fund, as well as various roles at EY, culminating as Senior Consultant and Audit Manager. Frederik began in auditing at Inland Revenue as a Senior Auditor. Academic qualifications include a BCompt Hons in Accounting from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Pretoria.
