Katie Payten

Katie Payten currently serves as the Head of Digital and EcoSystems - Cyber Security and Technology Risk at Woolworths Group, where responsibilities include overseeing digital cyber security for several platforms and managing EcoSystem partners. Previous experience includes roles as Non Executive Director at AniMark Limited, membership on the UTS Industry Advisory Board for the Faculty of Engineering and IT, and leading cyber security and technology governance at ASIC, where a comprehensive Cyber Security Strategy was developed. Additional expertise has been gained through positions at Lendlease, IBM Global Services, and MLC Australia, spanning various technology and management roles. Katie holds a Graduate Certificate from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Master's in Commerce from UNSW, and a Bachelor's in Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney, along with certifications in cybersecurity and risk management from ISACA.
