Paul Hicks

Paul Hicks currently serves as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at the University of Technology Sydney, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this role, Paul held various leadership positions in talent acquisition, including People Programs Lead at Transport for NSW and Head of Talent Acquisition at Insignia Financial. Paul’s extensive experience also includes roles at Deloitte Australia and PwC, where Paul focused on talent acquisition within risk advisory and assurance sectors, respectively. Earlier professional experiences encompassed recruitment and advertising roles at several firms, including Allure Consulting Pty Ltd and Randstad Pty Ltd. Paul Hicks holds a MA (Hons) in English and Philosophy from Dundee University, which was completed between 1997 and 2001.
