Rachida Pearce

Rachida Pearce has held progressive roles in engagement and partnership management, philanthropy, and business development across notable organizations. Currently serving as Engagement and Partnership Manager at the University of Technology Sydney since April 2023, Rachida previously contributed as Philanthropy Manager at the National Breast Cancer Foundation and as Relationship Manager at the Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust, where responsibilities included enhancing public gardens and parklands. Earlier experience includes a position in business development at the Powerhouse, Australia’s contemporary museum, and as Project Coordinator for Meat & Livestock Australia, focusing on industry sustainability and profitability. Rachida holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies & Media, Culture and Technology from UNSW and has pursued additional studies in photography at TAFE NSW.
