Richard Howes

Richard Howes is currently the Managing Director at Hearts and Minds Investments Limited and an Industry Professor at The University of Queensland. They also serve as a Non-Executive Director at Edge Zero and hold various advisory and leadership roles including Chair at the Financial Markets Academy and Operating Partner at Transatlantic Power Holdings. Previously, Richard was the CEO and Managing Director of Challenger Limited, and held executive positions at Bankers Trust, Macquarie Bank, and Zurich Capital Markets. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from The University of Queensland.
