Behzad Mohammadian

Behzad Mohammadian currently serves as the Head of the Science and Technology Park and an Assistant Professor at the University of Tehran, where teaching focuses on Business and Management, including courses on Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. Mohammadian has contributed to the launch of the Social Capital Management journal and has extensive experience in human resources consulting, having held positions at Nardis Co and Rahbar Farayand Arya, among others. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Scientific Green Co. Ltd and Recruitment Specialist at DoNA Catering. Mohammadian holds a PhD in Behavior Management from the University of Tehran, an MBA in International Business from Shahid Beheshti University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Zanjan.
