Fatemeh Dirbaz

Fatemeh Dirbaz is a seasoned academic and HR professional with extensive experience in higher education and human resources. Currently serving as a University Lecturer at the University of Tehran since June 2017, Fatemeh has held similar positions at Qom University of Technology from 2015 to 2023 and at the University of Qom from 2013 to 2018. In addition to teaching, Fatemeh worked at Basalam from May 2020 to March 2022 in multiple HR roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Business Partner. Fatemeh holds a Master of Science in Computer Sciences from the University of Tabriz and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Qom. Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at the University of Tabriz, Fatemeh combines academic expertise with practical HR experience.
