Hervin Rowe

Hervin Rowe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement at the Urban Development Corporation since October 2018, Hervin also contributes as an Adjunct Faculty Lecturer at the University College of the Caribbean, specializing in a Master's Programme.
