Odane Brooks

Odane Brooks is a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at the Development Bank of Jamaica Limited, focusing on the BIGEE project which supports entrepreneurs through grants and capacity development. Brooks also serves as a Gender Focal Point at the Development Bank, promoting gender considerations in national policies. Additional roles include membership on the Accessibility Standard Technical Committee and leadership as a CARICOM Youth Ambassador. Experience extends to academia as an adjunct faculty lecturer at the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean, alongside various positions that include policy analysis and research in multiple ministries. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Public and Development Management from the University of the West Indies, complemented by training in Public Policy and Project Management.
