Monique Guillory

Monique Guillory serves as President and Provost of Dillard University from January 2024 to the present. Previously, Monique held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff at the University of the District of Columbia from July 2021 to January 2024, and served as Chief of Staff and Chief Administrative Officer at Morehouse School of Medicine from March 2020 to July 2021. Earlier roles include Vice President for Academic Affairs at Saint Elizabeth University, Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs at Southern University System, and Special Assistant to the Administration at Xavier University of Louisiana. Monique's career began as Campus Executive Administrator for St. Croix at the University of the Virgin Islands from 2005 to 2008. Monique holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Comparative Literature from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Literature and Rhetorical Communication from Tulane University.
