Shelley Engen, CMS, CHRP, SHRM-SCP, BA, has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources Information Systems & Analytics at the University of the Fraser Valley since September 2006. In this role, Shelley oversees the gathering, processing, reporting, and analysis of workforce data while ensuring the integrity and security of HR information. Prior to this position, Shelley was a Human Resources Administrator at Robert Half Technology, managing payroll, employee relations, and health and safety across various companies. Earlier experience includes a contract role as HRIS/Human Resources Coordinator at Alexander, Holburn, Beaudin & Lang, where the focus was on developing and integrating HRIS. Shelley holds multiple certifications and degrees related to human resources and business analysis from institutions including UBC Sauder School of Business, Dalhousie University, and the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
