Cleve V. Arguelles

Cleve V. Arguelles is an accomplished leader in public opinion research, currently serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of WR Numero Research since April 2021. In addition to this role, Arguelles is the Managing Director, Fellow, and Head of Research at the University of the Philippines, focusing on public policy recommendations for the Second Congressional Commission on Education. Arguelles has held various academic positions, including Affiliate Faculty at De La Salle University's Andrew L. Tan Data Science Institute and Assistant Professorial Lecturer in the Department of Political Science and Development Studies. Previous experience includes founding Fieldwork PH, a consulting firm now merged with WR Numero, and serving as a consultant for organizations such as Amnesty International and the Asian Network for Free Elections. Arguelles' educational background includes a PhD in Political Science from The Australian National University, an MA from Central European University, and a BA from the University of the Philippines.
