Sarah Salvio Bituin

Sarah "Joy" Salvio Bituin is an experienced professional currently serving as College Business Manager III and Junior Project Manager at the University of the Philippines since September 2017. In these roles, Sarah assists in managing projects for the development of the University's assets, coordinates with various agencies for partnership opportunities, and plays a key role in expanding the University's financial endowment. Additionally, Sarah has been with the UP Information Technology Development Center since May 2014, where responsibilities include leading the Planning and Communications Team. Sarah has also produced and hosted a radio show, e-Talakayan on DZUP, since November 2011, and previously served as Deputy Team Leader for Content Development at the same center. Sarah holds an MA in Communication and Media Studies and a BA in English Studies, both from the University of the Philippines.
