Zibo H. is an experienced academic and entrepreneur currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Washington University of Virginia, teaching a course in Deep Learning, and at the University of the Potomac, where Zibo instructs Computer Science courses such as Algorithms and Optimization. As the Founder of Fluctuology Inc., Zibo focuses on the research and development of Neural Network applications, securing SBIR grants and patents while engaging in government conferences. Previous professional experience includes roles as an Optical Engineer at Calmar Laser and Metrue Inc., where Zibo was involved in quality control and established a certified optical laboratory. Zibo holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Optical Computing from The George Washington University, a Master of Science in Photonics from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Nanjing University.
