James J. Rivard

Rivard retired from a career at Virtua Health where he served as Senior Vice President of Support Services where he was accountable for supply chain, capital acquisition and facility development. He has overseen $1 billion in capital projects and construction projects across the Virtua organization. Prior to this role, Rivard held several leadership positions in Virtua including, Assistant Vice President for clinical resource management, Assistant Vice President for hospital affairs, Director of Ancillary Clinical Services and Director of Pharmacy at Camden Hospital. Prior to Virtua, Rivard worked as a pharmacist at Cooper Hospital, Caremark Homecare, NMC Homecare, and Hampton Hospital.
