Terri Griggs Williams

Terri Griggs Williams has extensive experience in advancement and development roles, notably at The University of the South from June 2000 to January 2017, where positions included Associate Vice President for Advancement, Assistant Vice President for Advancement, and Director of Development. Prior to this, Williams served as Planning Services Director at the Social Development Commission from January 1997 to January 1999, overseeing fundraising for a $28 million social service organization. Additional experience includes roles in annual fund development at Carleton College and as Development Director at the Scott, Carver, Dakota CAP Agency, as well as Division Manager at McMaster-Carr. Williams holds a B.A. in Economics from The University of the South and a J.D. from The University of Tennessee College of Law.
