Alison Love

Alison Love is a Doctoral Student at the University of the Sunshine Coast since October 2022, with extensive experience as a Practitioner and Consultant since January 1995. Alison holds a BA LL.B from The Australian National University, a GDLP from NSW CoLaw, a Graduate Certificate in Professional Ethics and Governance from Griffith University, and an MPhil in Law from The University of Queensland. Alison has been a Solicitor of the Supreme Courts of Queensland and New South Wales since 1996 and was admitted to the Roll of the High Court in 1998. Additionally, Alison served as a sitting member of the Australian Federal and State Tribunal from 2008 to 2014 and has engaged as a sessional legal academic since 2015, including a position as a Sessional Law Lecturer at the University of Southern Queensland from 2015 to 2018.
