Michelle Hay

Michelle Hay is an experienced professional with a strong background in education and tourism marketing. Currently serving as the Head of Campus and Coordinator of Student Central at the University of the Sunshine Coast, Michelle leads initiatives that enhance student engagement and support. In addition, Michelle holds the position of Chairperson at Jobs Fraser Coast, focusing on workforce development in the region. Contributions to the nonprofit sector include serving as a Board Member for Forget Me Not Australia Limited, which aids vulnerable children in various countries. Previous roles encompass marketing leadership at The Fraser Island Company and faculty coordination at the University of Southern Queensland, coupled with academic experience as a lecturer. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Business (Marketing) from the University of Southern Queensland and a Bachelor of Business (Tourism) from Southern Cross University, along with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
