Robin Chazdon is a Senior Fellow and co-director of the Assisted Natural Regeneration Alliance at the World Resources Institute, focusing on forest and landscape restoration. As a Research Professor at the University of the Sunshine Coast, Robin supports the Tropical Forest and People Center and engages in fieldwork and data analysis related to forestry in Queensland and restoration projects in the Philippines. Consulting for Forestoration International, Robin promotes global restoration efforts, and collaborates on restoration projects at the International Institute for Sustainability. Previously, Robin served as Executive Director of the Association for Tropical Biology and Conservation and was an Emeritus Professor at the University of Connecticut, continuing research and directing the People and Reforestation in the Tropics Research Coordination Network after retirement from classroom teaching.
